As I began to look over the surface of the Flamingo's body, I noticed a small bump left in the fiberglass cast. Ordinarily, I would have filed this slight imperfection But I began to see it as a small creature. It seemed to me that a"Ladybug" had found temporary shelter on Florence! Two creatures, each of their own unique beauty, became bonded, literally! From the beginning, I always thought of Florence to be an extraordinary discovery that would captivate the public. Her very unusual and vibrant coloring would make her THE FIND OF A LIFETIME for any Cryptozoologist! She appears to be what looks like a flamingo, however her pigment and markings are an anomaly for her species! Is Florence the missing link? These are examples of inspiration for the creation of Florence!
