How to become an AbZOOlutely Chestnut Hill Sponsor
Animal Selection
Sponsors will choose their animal and the artist who will design it. A portfolio of animals is available from which sponsoring businesses and/or individuals may select. Once the portfolio of available artists is compiled, you will be able to select the artist for your animal.
Sponsorship Fee
Sponsorships are available for a donation price which is dependant on the animal(s) chosen. Confirmed sponsors will be invoiced after the animal selection and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Ownership/Proceeds
AbZOOlutely Chestnut Hill is a public art project. The Chestnut Hill District will retain ownership of the animals until they are sold at auction. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Chestnut Hill District and the Chestnut Hill Community Association.
Display
The animals will be on public display from September 17th through November 18th along Germantown Avenue and Bethlehem Pike. Sponsors can request a specific location but the final decision is made by the AbZOOlutely Chesntut Hill committee. At the AbZOOlutely Chestnut Hill auction, the animals will be offered for sale to the public.

- Sponsor name and/or logo on AbZOOlutely Chestnut Hill website
- Sponsor name and/or logo in Auction Catalogue
- Sponsorship recognition at Adoption Party
- Sponsorship recognition at AbZOOlutely Chestnut Hill Auction
The fiberglass form shall be owned by AbZOOlutely Chestnut Hill until the end of the auction. The artist who is hired as the creator of the design will share the copyright of the design with the sponsor and the project in perpetuity, however, the artist and the sponsor cannot use the image of the design for commercial purposes until the event has concluded, such right being reserved byAbZOOlutely Chestnut Hill during the project.
AbZOOlutely Chestnut Hill shall have the right to reproduce and distribute the design or a derivative of the design for purposes of promoting the event by all means and media, including the right to use the design or design derivative on a variety of merchandise that may as yet be determined. No additional payment will be made to the sponsors for these rights. After the event concludes, the artist, the sponsor and the project may use the image for commercial purposes, in perpetuity.
